This comfortable fabric face covering is inspired by Townsend's Warbler, one of the preparatory watercolors John James Audubon (1785-1851) made for the publication of the double elephant folio edition of The Birds of America (1827-38) engraved by Robert Havell Jr. The New-York Historical Society's art holdings include all 474 of Audubon's known avian watercolors, 433 of which were preparatory for The Birds of America (1827-38).

Face covering is washable and reusable, made of two layers of fabric (one cotton, one poly) and with soft elastic ear loops.
