This heart-shaped box features an evil eye carving on the lid. Handcrafted with sustainably harvested mango wood, the swivel lid pivots to reveal the inner compartment. Master artisans in north central India begin with solid blocks of ethically sourced wood and use hand tools to skillfully carve the blocks into functional works of art. Known across cultures as a symbol of protection the all-seeing evil eye is a centuries old amulet.
