New York based artist and illustrator, Fredy Ralda studied illustration and received his BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. At the ripe young age of 7, a youthful Mr. Ralda had his very first art show at a local library where he displayed his collection of Paper Hearts. Since then he has dedicated his life to art! His association with RuPAul Charles and the queens of "RuPaul's Drag Race" has further broadened his fame.
Safe/Haven: Gay Life in 1950s Cherry Grove at New-York Historical Society features a outdoor exhibition that explores the lesbian and gay community that flourished during the 1950s in Cherry Grove through some 70 enlarged photographs and additional ephemera from the unique holdings of the Cherry Grove Archives Collection.
