Buy your favorite items online at shop.nyhistory.org and pick them up at the NYHistory Store when it is convenient for you. To arrange for Pickup in Store, simply place an order on shop.nyhistory.org. During the checkout process, choose “pick up."
You will receive a confirmation email for your order, and another email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Then you can pick up your order during regular store hours:
Tuesday to Thursday, 11 am - 5 pm
Friday, 11 am - 8 pm
Saturday - Sunday, 11 am - 5 pm
Who can pick up my order?
You can pick up your order or assign an alternate person to pick up the order. To add an alternate pickup person, enter the first and last name and email address of the person who will be picking up the order to the comments/notes section during checkout.
What do I need to pick up my order?
Bring your order confirmation (printed or on a mobile device) for reference.
Please note:
Some store items such as fine art prints are not available for in store pickup. These items ship directly from the manufacturer.
How long do I have to pickup my order?
You should pickup your order within 10 business days. If you need to extend your order pickup window, special arrangements will be made to accommodate.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email notification that your order is ready to be picked up.
