Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund within 30 days from receipt. Recipients of gifts will be credited at the price paid by the purchaser provided the original order can be identified. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. Returns and Exchanges can be arranged by email at  or by phone at 212-485-9209.

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service immediately and retain all original packaging.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • Memberships and eGift Certificates are not refundable
  • Include a copy of the packing slip and a copy of your receipt
  • Return the package via insured ground service with delivery confirmation. Obtain a tracking number from your shipper - lost shipments are the responsibility of the sender

Online customers should receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. Please allow one billing cycle from the time our facility receives the returned item for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Exchanges will incur an additional shipping and handling charge for the new delivery.
