This set of eight cards includes two each of four NYC images: Santa Claus flying on a Peace Dove, a Doorman greeting Holiday Dogs, Santa Claus with a jumping Poodle, and Santa Claus getting a parking ticket.
The Oscar Fabres Collection at the New-York Historical Society features his commercial artwork spanning 1940 to 1970, and includes calendars, note cards, clippings, advertisements, magazines, children’s book illustrations, and these one-of-a-kind Christmas cards.
