The pieces date from the year 1818 to the 21st-century and are all centered on New York City’s defining landmarks, from buildings, bridges and parks, to the art movements that shaped the city’s culture. The artworks are created by American and European artists like Norman Rockwell, Keith Haring, Edward Hopper, and Raoul Dufy, showing the city through their distinctive eyes.
