Our exclusive Tiffany Peacock shirt is inspired by a luminous detail of the Favrile Peacock Vase (circa 1900 -1906) in the collection of the New-York Historical Society. A leader of the Art Nouveau movement, Louis C. Tiffany and his designers used his invention of favrile glass to create mouth-blown vases infused with iridescent color. Serving as inspiration for this luxe shirt, the elegant vase in the museum’s collection rewards closer inspection with rich shades of turquoise and purple.
