Our reproduction of the original felt campaign pennant (1910-1920) for the Woman Suffrage Party matches the original in the collection of the New-York Historical Society. The WSP was a political union of existing small suffrage societies whose aim was to secure the submission of a woman suffrage amendment to the New York State Constitution and its adoption at the polls. New York women gained suffrage in 1917, and American women won full voting rights in 1920, with the ratification of the Nineteenth Amendment.
